This inseam sewing machine sews the welt on the rib of footwear manufactured in the Goodyear system. It perforates the shoe with an awl and a needle and it is sewn absolutely firmly thanks to the adjustable tension of the thread. This machine is designed for great footwear production with minimum worker effort, due to its high speed electronic motor, the reliability of all the movements managed from an electronic PLC, the cut of the welt and the automatic repositioning which provides a substantial saving. It is also extremely simple to use.  The knee switch never has to be activated as is the case in traditional machines as this machine is knee switch-free. This is all managed from a simple electronic device which always activates the feeler point in the exact place whatever the work speed which makes using the machine simple and comfortable. The machine is equipped with a tactile screen that will allow us to carry out all the regulations and programmings facilitating its use. This machine may optionally be adapted with different guides in order to work with various types of welt.
