This machine is used for trimming safely and quickly any excess from the leather, lining, welt and insole rib after the welt has been sewn in. The blade and machine feed speed have been increased to enable more shoes to be produced per day. Furthermore the machine features an adjustable speed control which allows the transport and the speed of the blade to be varied according to the operator’s skill and the type of shoe. This machine can easily be adjusted to the operator’s height. Safety devices have also been incorporated to stop the machine if any of the protection devices remain open. The risk involved in opening the blade holder for cleaning in the event of an obstruction is reduced thanks to its state of the art silent and efficient aspiration which sucks up the remains of the cutting operation.  It also features an oscillating mechanism for sharpening the blade without dismantling.
