The main function of this machine is to automatically and simultaneously level a pair of shoes or boots made in leather by hydraulic pressure on the sole using curved metallic rollers. The pressure can be regulated and adapted to the product needs. Adjustments during the work process are quick, simple and effective thanks to a series of devices located on the upper part of the machine, which allow the tilt of the rollers to be regulated independently in the different parts of the sole, resulting in a perfectly uniform curve of the sole with the last. This compresses the incision or groove, making the thread used in the stitching process less visible. This process is conducted with the shoe lasted, without the heel and after the stitching process.
